Calgary Opera’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Elliott as its next General Director & CEO, effective November 20, 2023. A Canadian with extensive experience in the United States and abroad, she will work in partnership with Artistic Director Jonathan Brandani to realize the company’s mission of enriching the community with diverse operas, educational programs, artist training, and efficient, fiscally responsible management.
